In August 2010 Vulture Street deployed a mission-critical strategy development jam for a leading Queensland financial services company. Involving around 90 staff members across Banking, Finance and IT, the online collaboration event was integrated with a series of traditional strategic planning workshops held around the state. This combination of web-based and face-to-face collaboration proved extremely effective for the organisation, generating very strong participation rates and a large number of high-quality ideas and insights. It allowed the new strategic plan to be finalised in record time with maximum input from across the business.
